Iron Point

Construction began in Q2 2023 on this dual campus community. Located in Folsom CA, Iron Point Apartments have views of Sacramento and the Sierra’s. With 253 units, both campuses are adjacent to Kaiser Permanente, Micron, and the headquarters for Safe Credit Union, within a bustling office park.A general plan amendment, land use change and planned development permit were required and obtained to develop this project. Campus Two features 4 three story garden style buildings, and clubhouse, while Campus One features 7 three story garden style buildings and a 3-story clubhouse with a roof top deck taking advantage of the views. Residents will enjoy keyless entry, private patios/balconies, stainless steel appliances and in unit washer and dryers. Both gated campuses will offer EV charging stations, private tuck under garages. Clubhouses will include a bike lounge with repair station, game room, yoga and fitness center, in addition to private workspaces, and club lounge with coffee bar. Bocce court, outdoor grills and firepits will complete outdoor clubhouse spaces.
