Construction began in Q2 2023 on this dual campus community. Located in Folsom CA, Iron Point Apartments has views of Sacramento and the Sierra’s. With 253 units, both campuses are adjacent to Kaiser Permanente, Micron, and the headquarters for Safe Credit Union, within a bustling office park. Campus One features 4 three story garden style buildings, and clubhouse, while Campus Two features 7 three story garden style buildings and a 3-story clubhouse with roof top deck. Residents will enjoy keyless entry, private patios/balconies, stainless steel appliances and in unit washer and dryers. Both gated campuses will offer EV charging stations, tuck under as well as private garages.
