Nick Martell joined Grupe in 2013. In his current role as Construction Operations Manager, Martell serves as Project Manager and Field Supervisor for both new construction and adaptive reuse/value add multi family projects, throughout the US.

With keen attention to detail and problem solving, Martell excels at taking projects from Blueprint to completion in collaboration with multiple trades. His oversight led to local awards for property renovation for Loft 205 in Reno, Nevada and North Pointe in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Martell and his family live in Lodi, CA, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and are actively engaged in multiple youth sports programs.
