Frank A. Passadore joined Grupe in 1966 and played an integral part in the long-range planning and organizational growth of the company, sharing Grupe’s passion for creating beautiful spaces where people could live, work and play. As President and COO of The Grupe Company, Passadore oversaw the company’s expansion into eight states and multiple cities, developing and constructing planned communities, apartments, homes, commercial centers and self-storage facilities. He remains a shareholder in The Grupe Company and serves as an advisor to Management. Passadore, a native Stocktonian, grew up surrounded by a large Italian family. He is the father of four, grandfather of six and great grandfather to 5 and counting. He graduated from San Joaquin Delta College, served 6 years in the U.S. Army Reserves and attended classes at The Stanford Business School. Frank and wife, Lisa, reside in Stockton, CA.
