Michael Kristoff is the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Greenhorn Creek Resort in Angels Camp, CA. Greenhorn Creek Resort is a semi-private golf resort with amenities that include an 18 hole championship golf course that was redesigned by Robert Trent Jones, Jr, the Caddy Shack lodging facility (5 bedroom facility that sleeps up to 12), the Cellar Room (wine tasting for 13 Vintner members, Camps Restaurant, bocce ball, tennis courts, pickle ball, and pools. Michael oversees all strategic planning for the resort and works with the operations managers to ensure a quality product, service, and member and guest satisfaction.
Prior to Greenhorn Creek, Michael’s background includes 20 years in resort and hotel industry from the Omni Netherland in Cincinnati, Ohio to Northstar-at- Tahoe, Sunnyside Lodge and Resort, as well with one of the largest leasing companies in the United States.
Michael graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Business Bachelor of Arts and has held numerous board positions with the Boys and Girls Club, Calaveras Visitor Bureau, Destination Angels Camp, and Grace Hills Covenant church. An avid skier and snowboarder, he has also been heli-skiing in Alaska and the Himalayas.
